This satellite (central impression, CI) flexo printing machine is engineered for high-speed, high-precision printing of PP woven fabric and extensible film. All printing decks are arranged around a single Φ800 mm central drum, so the web is fully supported during printing—this greatly improves color registration, especially on stretchable materials.
The 4+4 color configuration prints 4 colors on the front and 4 colors on the back in one pass, ideal for premium double-sided printed bags. Key features include servo-motor gear drives, laser-engraved ceramic anilox rollers, Danish-technology chamber doctor blades with dual-cycle ink pumps, and a video inspection system for on-screen quality control.
Engineered for stability and precision: a 100mm vibration-free cast-iron frame, hydraulic locking of print cylinders for rigid running at top speed, motorized longitudinal and transverse registration with PLC control, and PID temperature-controlled electric drying with ±2°C accuracy.
