This stack-type flexo printing machine prints PP woven fabric and film rolls with belt-driven, compact printing units stacked vertically—each color unit independent yet sharing one web path. It is widely used for cement, fertilizer, flour, and chemical sacks where clear, multi-color branding matters.
Two models cover your output: the HS-CH4-800J (4 colors: 4+0, 3+1, 2+2) and the HS-CH8-800J (8 colors: 6+2, 5+3, 4+4). Both run at 80 m/min printing speed, print 300–1,350 mm in length with stepless adjustment, and hold registration within ±0.2 mm.
Precision comes from the belt drive, which reduces color-register error; high-quality ceramic anilox rollers control ink thickness and transfer ink evenly; simple plates cut plate cost and changeover time; and lower printing pressure reduces waste while extending roller life. The 75mm steel-plate frame stays vibration-free at high speed.
