This PP flat wire extrusion machine converts PP chips into flat woven tape: material is heated and extruded through a wide die, water-cooled into film, split by ceramic knives, stretched by the low/high-speed traction rollers to a 4–8× drawing ratio, heat-set, then rewound onto bobbins for circular looms.
We supply two series, so you choose exactly what your line needs. The High-Speed Model is engineered for PP valve-bag production lines, with energy-saving electromagnetic heating, PLC touchscreen control, and precision temperature control, delivering thinner, stronger, and more uniform tape at higher output. The Standard Model is built for ordinary woven-bag production lines—compact, durable, and easy to maintain for high-volume cement and fertilizer sacks.
Both series run virgin PP, masterbatch, or 100% recycled material, with tape thickness 0.03–0.06 mm. A complete set—mixer, flat-wind winder, bobbins, and cooling tower—can be delivered together.
