Two proven solutions for kraft paper block bottom valve bags — the key difference is the line composition. The automatic line is just 2 machines: one tuber that prints, forms and cuts the tube, and one bottomer that pastes the valve, reinforces and forms the bottom. The semi-automatic line needs 4 machines — printing & tube making, slitting, valve making, and a semi-auto bottom former — with more manual handling between steps.
The automatic line combines unwinding, 4-color flexo printing, tube forming, wheel-knife cutting (HSZD-650, up to 100 pcs/min) with automatic valve pasting, external reinforcing and bottom forming (bottomer, up to 125 pcs/min) — DELTA servo throughout, only 1–2 operators.
The semi-automatic line starts cost-controlled: printing & tube making (33 kW) + slitting + valve making + semi-auto bottom former (auto glue & fold, ~20 pcs/min), about 43 kW and 7 operators. It has proven since 2012 with 10+ lines delivered.
Which to choose? Automatic — high volume, few workers, one-key change-over, non-stop adjustment. Semi-automatic — lower investment, flexible for new plants. Both are turnkey: workshop layout, steel structure, training, after-sales.
