The cutting-sewing-inserting-hemming machine completes bag cutting, PE inner-bag inserting, bottom sewing and mouth hemming in one continuous line. It handles cement, flour, feed, sugar and fertilizer bags as well as express packaging — with just one operator and output more than twice that of separate machines.
Its patented hollow hot cutting technology produces smooth, burr-free edges with no smoke and no thread shedding — ideal for food-grade packaging. The opening rollers and a secondary opening device keep the bag mouth free from adhesion before the inner bag is blown in and stretched 3–7cm to prevent stacking.
The twin-station hemming unit seals the bag mouth by heating (Teflon mold) or ultrasonic welding, with servo positioning for accuracy. Omron PLC with a WEINVIEW touchscreen controls the whole line, color-mark tracking holds consistent length, and optional AI vision inspection detects bag holes to protect yield.
Suitable Material: Ordinary PP woven bags, laminated bags, paper-plastic bags, feed bags, fertilizer bags — with PE inner bag.
