Product Overview

The HS-FCL series high-speed levitating circular loom is designed for PP/PE woven sack production. Available in 4-shuttle (HS-FCL-4.0-750) and 6-shuttle (HS-FCL-6.0-900A / 900B) configurations, it weaves flat, consistent tubular fabric from 40 to 180 g/㎡—new material or 100% recycled.

Its patented levitating track lets the shuttle float above the rail instead of rubbing it: warp yarn is never crushed, the track stays cool, friction is minimized, and noise and energy use drop sharply. A warp tension balancer, lever-style quick weft change, empty-warp auto-stop, and a 270 mm large bobbin system work together so one operator can run 8–10 looms.

Backed by 100+ technology patents and CE certification, with a self-programmed PLC cabinet that supports wireless weft detection and ERP data connection.

Suitable Material:PP/PE woven tapes, 40–180 g/㎡; new material or 100% recycled material.

From Production Problems to Reliable Bag Solutions

HAOSEN helps manufacturers solve the real problems behind unstable output, difficult operation, high waste and inconsistent bag quality.

01
Production Pain

Traditional looms need 1 operator per 4 machines — labor cost keeps rising.

HAOSEN Solution

270mm large bobbins + auto weft change: 1 operator runs 8–10 looms.

02
Production Pain

High electricity bills — 188–242 kWh used per 10,000m of woven fabric.

HAOSEN Solution

Levitating low-friction track uses only 92 kWh/10,000m — about 30% saved.

03
Production Pain

Uneven fabric, holes, sparse weft — rejected bags and wasted material.

HAOSEN Solution

Warp tension balancer + levitating track: flat fabric, width error within ±2mm.

04
Production Pain

Slow weft change, repetitive motion — weavers get tennis elbow.

HAOSEN Solution

Lever quick-change device: skilled weavers finish a change in 40 seconds.

05
Production Pain

Frequent warp changes mean knots in fabric and big warp residue waste.

HAOSEN Solution

270mm big bobbins double warp life; cuts warp residue by about 50%.

06
Production Pain

Shuttle rubs the track — warp yarn crushed, track overheats, noisy.

HAOSEN Solution

Levitating shuttle floats above the track: no contact, cool running, quiet.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a levitating circular loom?

It is a PP/PE woven fabric loom where the shuttle floats above the track instead of rubbing it — less friction, cooler running, lower energy and longer warp life.

4-shuttle suits folded widths up to 750mm at up to 220 rpm; 6-shuttle handles wider fabric up to 950mm. Tell us your bag width and output target, and we recommend.
