About Us
HAOSEN was founded in 2008 in Hebei, China — a region renowned for its plastic woven machinery industry cluster. For 18 years, we have focused exclusively on one thing: designing, manufacturing, and delivering complete production lines for PP woven bags, FIBC jumbo bags, spout pouches, and dunnage air bags.
What sets HAOSEN apart is our dual capability. We engineer and manufacture core equipment in our own facility — including our patented FK008-II block-bottom valve bag machine, UPT pulse-sealing dunnage bag line, and levitating-shuttle circular looms, all built in our in-house CNC machining center. For non-core stations, we partner with a small number of specialized manufacturers — each audited and qualified to our quality standards. This means you get proprietary technology where it matters most, and proven specialist equipment everywhere else — all under one contract, one quality standard, and one guarantee.
We hold an AAA credit rating and our equipment is CE certified. Every line undergoes full assembly and FAT testing at our facility before shipment. To date, we have delivered more than 300 complete production lines to clients in over 30 countries — with a 100% project success rate. In 2026, we opened a showroom, spare parts warehouse, and local service team in India to provide faster response to our South Asian and Middle Eastern customers.
