This roll-to-roll printing machine prints continuous PP woven fabric and kraft paper rolls before the bag-making process, enabling high-speed, large-volume printing for cement, fertilizer, flour, and chemical sack producers. Fabric unwinds, passes through servo-driven printing units, dries in per-color ovens, then rewinds into tidy rolls.
Three configurations cover your output needs: the 3-Color series (12kW, 12m machine) for basic one-side printing; the 4-Color series (17kW, 13m, approx. 3,800 kg) with combinations of 4+0, 3+1, and 2+2; and the flagship 7-Color (5+2) series (25kW, 23m), which prints both sides simultaneously through different threading methods—up to 7 colors, such as 5+2, 4+3, and 3+3.
Built for accuracy and ease: mesh/chrome/rubber roller ink transfer with independent ink motor prevents ink dumping, vertical electric registering holds ±0.5 mm, the whole machine is remote-controlled by one operator, and all-machine alarm with pneumatic lower-roll unloading keeps the line safe and simple.
