One automatic platform inserts and heat-seals the spout onto pre-made spout pouches — five models from the compact HS-YC-01S to the high-speed HSHC-110B (up to 120 pcs/min) and the 8-station HSSY-HZ-1800D. PET/LDPE laminates, pouch thickness 0.1–0.15mm.

This automatic series takes pre-made spout pouches and completes bag opening, spout inserting, initial sealing, heat sealing and cold sealing — welding the spout firmly to the pouch. It replaces manual spout inserting and brings consistent, leak-proof seals.
Five models cover every bag size and speed need. The compact HS-YC-01S (55–180mm wide) and HS-YC-02D handle small pouches; the HSYC-03 handles bags up to 150–400mm; the high-speed HSHC-110B runs straight/angled-nozzle small bags at 80–120 pcs/min; and the 8-station HSSY-HZ-1800D handles large top/corner-spout bags up to 250×310mm.
All suit PET+LDPE laminated pouches of 0.1–0.15mm, with servo-driven transfer, PLC control and touch screen. The high-speed model uses Siemens PLC/HMI, Panasonic empty-bag detection, SMC/Airtac pneumatics, NSK bearings and Schneider power supply.
