The 3-side seal stand-up pouch making machine is a multi-functional line that forms 3-side seal bags, stand-up doypacks, zipper bags, 4-side seal bags and — on the 700 model — center-seal bags. It runs composite films such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PE and nylon at up to 60 m/min, with bag-making speed up to 250 cuts/min.
Three frame sizes match your bag width: the 500 takes rolls up to 1,000mm, the 600 up to 1,200mm, and the flagship 700 up to 1,400mm with a Φ800 outer roll and 24 independent temperature zones. The 700 also adds zipper bag and center-seal bag capability.
A bottom-folding mechanism forms the stable doypack base, and an automatic zipper feeder positions and seals the zipper consistently. Water-cooled cooling plates set every seal flat, and waste trim is rewound automatically.
