The HS-SC-300 High-Speed Woven Belt Cutting Machine is purpose-built for FIBC (bulk bag/ton bag) lifting belts, circumferential webbing straps, closure tapes, and anti-leak strips. Powered by electricity and compressed air only—clean, pollution-free—it integrates automatic fixed-length feeding, automatic dot marking, and automatic hot cutting in one compact line.
A high-precision servo motor drives the feed roller for length accuracy within ±1mm. The electrically heated blade (0–400°C, thermocouple-controlled) melts-seals the cut edge so sling ends stay neat and never fray. A high-performance PLC drives a true-color touchscreen HMI; cutting length, dot count, and dwell time are all set on screen.
Compact and light (280 kg, just 2.2 kW installed power), it is quick to install anywhere on the workshop floor, easy to operate and maintain, and slashes manual measuring and trimming labor—fast, energy-saving, and highly automated.
