This machine melt-extrudes PE/PP resin through a flat T-die into a thin film, then laminates it onto PP woven fabric at high temperature to form a waterproof, dust-proof, reinforced surface. A complete line covers unwinding, corona treatment, extrusion, lamination, edge trimming, and rewinding—all synchronized by PLC.
Four series are available, so you pick the exact configuration for your products. The Sheet Single-Side series laminates one side of sheet material—ideal for picnic moisture-proof mats. The Single-Extruder Twin-Die series suits ordinary woven bags with moderate adhesion needs. The Twin-Extruder Twin-Die Double-Side series delivers strong adhesion on both sides—the choice for valve bags and bag-in-bag lamination. The Pre-Printed Film series applies colorful printed film for retail-grade packaging.
Quality is built in: double-side 6 kV corona treatment raises surface energy for firm adhesion, a preheating oven dries the base fabric to boost bonding strength, and 260°C lamination is followed by fast internal-cooled rollers to protect the fabric. Key electrical parts are global brands—Mitsubishi PLC, Schneider contactors, Omron relays.
