One turnkey line prints, laminates, tubes, center-seals, cuts, sews and hot-melt hems kraft-paper + PP-woven bags. Two front-end tubing/printing units (4-color CTD1400WX4 and 6-color servo HSCTD1400-CI6) plus two back-end cut-sew-hemming units (HSSR-QF750N-B, HSSR-FD1200-ZS).

This line makes kraft-paper + PP-woven composite bags — combining the strength of woven fabric with the printability and clean look of kraft paper. The front end unwinds paper and woven roll, prints in 4–6 colors, folds into a tube, center-seals with a PE extruder, and cuts to length; the back end sews the bottom and hot-melt hems the edge.
Choose the front end by your printing need. The CTD1400WX4 is a 4-color satellite tubing unit that winds the tube for later converting; the HSCTD1400-CI6 is a 6-color servo unit with paper punching, four-corner gluing, hot cutting and automatic stacking — a one-pass bag maker.
The back end then cuts, sews and hems: the HSSR-QF750N-B cuts, bottom-sews, hot-melt hems and counts in one pass; the HSSR-FD1200-ZS auto-sucks, corrects, sews the bottom and hot-wraps the edge. Both are single-person operation.
