The cutting-sewing-inserting-printing machine integrates bag cutting, PE inner-bag inserting, bottom sewing and front & back printing in one continuous line. It processes ordinary PP woven bags, film-laminated bags and OPP color-printed bags — eliminating a separate printing process and cutting floor space by more than half.
Patented smokeless cutting with cold & hot knife options produces smooth, burr-free, food-grade edges; the inner bag is automatically inserted and sealed, and the bottom can be sewn together with the outer bag or sealed separately. EPC automatic correction and electric photo tracking hold cutting accuracy to ±1mm.
Integrated roll-to-roll printing prints the front and back in one pass with a solid shaft and drying device. PLC central control with a 10-inch touchscreen sets, records and stores parameters; the machine can also run independently as a cutting & sewing machine.
Suitable Material: Ordinary PP woven bags, film-laminated woven bags, OPP color-printed bags — with PE inner bag.
