This machine prints directly onto finished PP woven bags one by one, making it the ideal choice for bag factories that need logos, brand names, and product text on sacks. The bag is fed in, printed by pneumatic-pressed plate rollers, then automatically counted and delivered to the stacking machine.
Two series cover your printing needs: the 4-Color series (max bag 1,400×850mm, 1.5kW) for standard one-side printing, and the 5+1-Color series (max bag 1,300×800mm, 6kW) for richer, multi-color designs with an extra coating unit. Both run at 1,500–3,000 bags per hour.
Pneumatic pressing with automatic clutch keeps operation quiet and reliable; roller ink transfer raises print finish and 3D effect while saving ink; automatic counting alarms when the set quantity is reached. The matching counting & stacking machine saves labor with automatic counting, outputting, and stacking.
