The automatic spout pouch filling and capping machine is built for stand-up spout pouches and eight-side-seal bags. It integrates bag feeding, vacuum extraction, filling, nitrogen/air flushing, lid delivery and cleaning, and servo capping into one compact line for beverages, jelly, juice, oil, water, cosmetics and other liquids or pastes.
A servo electric-cylinder strong-injection pump fills every bag at ±1% accuracy, and the servo capping system sets torque on the touchscreen for a consistent, leak-proof cap that never damages the spout. Each filling head works independently — its own vacuum and nitrogen circuit — so yield stays high even with different products.
Siemens PLC and touchscreen run the whole line with real-time fault diagnosis; online bag detection stops filling without a bag. All food-contact parts are 304 stainless steel. Optional 86°C hot filling and a nitrogen generator suit hot-fill and oxygen-sensitive products.
