The cutting-sewing-inserting machine combines bag cutting, PE inner-bag inserting and bottom sewing in one continuous process. It handles ordinary PP woven bags, film-laminated bags, OPP color-printed bags and M-type side-gusset bags — with just one operator.
A one-button switch selects the hot or cold cutter: the cold cutter trims laminated fabric neatly, while the hot cutter seals unlaminated fabric so weft yarns never shed. The inserting unit opens the bag mouth with a negative-pressure suction disc, blows the cut and sealed PE inner bag in through multiple air pipes, captures it with an imported Italian photoelectric switch and drags it 100–200mm as your order requires.
Five servo motors — four of them Japanese Panasonic — drive accurate feeding, supported by a German SICK photoelectric tracking system. PLC with 10-inch touchscreen records, stores and recalls parameters; the machine can also run as a standalone cutting & sewing machine.
Suitable Material：Ordinary PP woven bags, film-laminated woven bags, OPP color-printed bags, M-type side-gusset bags.
