The HS Series FIBC bag sewing range offers one-stop sewing for every FIBC (jumbo / container / bulk bag) application — from basic bag-body closing to complex multi-layer baffle sewing with anti-leak strips. Four specialized heads cover the whole line: lock stitch closure, strap and baffle sewing, double-needle leak-proof strip sewing, and chain+overlock edge finishing.
The FGB6800D single-needle head makes double-thread lock stitch (301) with back-tacking for tamper-resistant seams. The GK80800 strap sewn head runs chain stitch up to 2000 RPM in a 524×160mm flat bed, built for big-bag baffles and lifting loops. The 80700CD4 double-needle head sews upper and lower anti-leak strips simultaneously in one pass, up to 18mm thick. The 81300 overlock head combines chain stitch with overlock into a four-thread safety stitch, up to 22mm thick with a 15mm overedging width.
Every head uses synchronized upper and lower feed dogs to prevent puckering on heavy laminated webbing, a heavy cast-iron frame for vibration-free stitching, and automatic circulation lubrication for years of continuous industrial use. Servo drive, hot thread cutter and electric/pneumatic presser-foot lift cut operator fatigue to a minimum.
Suitable Material: Heavy PP/PE woven fabric, lifting slings, webbing straps, anti-leak strips and laminated multi-layer cloth for FIBC bags.
