A PP/HDPE flat yarn extrusion line is a complete production system that converts polypropylene or HDPE resin into high-strength flat yarn. It integrates extrusion, filtration, film formation, slitting, stretching, annealing and winding into one continuous process, producing yarn for woven bags, jumbo bags, geotextiles and industrial packaging.
The line processes both polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, and can also handle recycled PP/HDPE material and masterbatch additives for coloring and UV stabilization depending on your configuration.
Flat yarn is the base material for PP woven bags, FIBC jumbo bags, cement and fertilizer bags, geotextiles, tarpaulins, carpet backing and other industrial packaging. The yarn is woven on circular or flat looms into fabric used across these applications.
HAOSEN offers multiple models. The 500kg/h series suits large woven bag factories, while the dual extrusion series reaches up to 1000kg/h for high-capacity production. Output is customized to your required denier range, yarn width and working hours.
